A new breed of evil may be slinking through the streets of Florida.
On September 17, 2020 surveillance cameras captured an unidentified man stealing 4 vials of cat blood from the Anastasia Cat Clinic off of Old Dixie Highway, St. Augustine.
According to the St. Johns County Sheriff’s Office, the man, or possible ‘cat-vampire’, was seen lurking outside the animal clinic inspecting a box containing $600 of Antech cat blood.
The same ‘man’ returned to the scene, some twenty minutes later, in a black van. During this second visit he was once again captured on camera approaching the clinic, this time actually stealing the box of blood before vanishing into the night.
If this creature really is a 'cat-pire', then the true question of this crime is not 'why was the blood stolen?', but rather 'how were we able to capture him on camera given the whole ‘no reflection” thing?'.
